Carolina Dieckmann shows off her perfect body in a magazine

Brazilian actress Carolina Dieckmann recently posed for the cover of the April edition of diet and fitness magazine ‘Boa Forma’, where she revealed the secrets to her fit and toned body at the age of 34. She posed in a black bikini and showed off her perfect figure and flat tummy. 

During a recent event in Rio she spoke about one of her secrets for having such an amazing figure: “It’s all about compensation. Now that Easter is over, I try to eat healthier. I don’t weigh myself anymore because I’m at an age where the best way to know if you’re doing well in terms of weight is checking how your clothes fit on you.”

Dieckmann’s last telenovela was ‘Salve Jorge’, where she played the trafficking victim Jessica. She will soon begin filming her new series, the next 6pm novela of Globo ‘Joia Rara’.
