Ximena Duque to become the villain of Telemundo’s "Santa Diabla"

Colombian actress Ximena Duque (29) revealed on an interview with Telemundo’s Al Rojo Vivo that she’ll be joining the cast of one of the network’s newest productions "Santa Diabla", which will be starred by Aarón Díaz and Gaby Espino. She will be portraying the novela’s villain, a manipulative woman named Ines Robledo, who is going to cause a lot of trouble for the protagonists. She said that she’s very happy with her new character because it’s very different from the ones she played before and very different from herself.

In “Santa Diabla” Duque will be acting alongside ex-boyfriend Carlos Ponce, with whom she broke up a few months ago. She stated: “Life can take you in many directions. He is extremely professional, and so am I.” She also said that her biggest love is her son Cristan (9).

Her last telenovela was last year’s “Corazón Valiente”, where she portrayed the bodyguard Samantha Navarro.
