Will Marjorie de Sousa be one of the protagonists of ‘Dulce Amor’?

After it was announced that producer Nicandro Díaz is preparing the remake of the Argentine novela ‘Dulce Amor’, possible names for protagonists started appearing. Recently Marjorie de Sousa was announced as a candidate for one of the main roles in the upcoming Mexican novela.

Another actress whose name was mentioned is Silvia Navarro. The story is about a family of three beautiful sisters who are the owners of a sweets factory. It is unclear who will play which character.

Marjorie’s last novela was ‘Amores Verdaderos’, also produced by Díaz. If she does get the role, it will be her first leading role in a Mexican novela.

This upcoming remake will replace 'Lo que la vida me robó' in 2014.
