Mexican producer Nicandro Díaz is planning his next hit for
Televisa. After producing “Amores Verdaderos”, Díaz is aspiring to buy the production
rights of the Colombian series "Señora Isabel", which was originally aired
in 1994. His newest project is expected to start airing during 2014.
It was revealed that some of the actresses Díaz was
considering for the new melodrama include such actresses like Leticia Calderón,
Érika Buenfil, Daniela Romo and Lucia Méndez.
The series was already remade by TV Azteca and Telemundo
with the telenovelas "Mirada de Mujer" (starring Angélica Aragón and Ari
Telch) and "Victoria" (starring Victoria Ruffo and Mauricio Ochmann),
respectively.
