“La Malquerida” holds a mass to commemorate beginning of filming

Filming for José Alberto Castro’s newest production “La
Malquerida” has finally begun, and a mass was held on March 24 to commemorate
the event. Victoria Ruffo, Ariadne Díaz, África Zavala, Sabine Moussier, Raquel
Olmedo, Nora Salinas, Silvia Mariscal, Guillermo García Cantú, Mane de la
Parra, Brandon Peniche, Fabian Robles and Ignacio López Tarso, among other cast
members, attended the mass that was held in the Televisa San Ángel studios.
After months of speculation, it was confirmed that Victoria
Ruffo and Ariadne Díaz will be the female protagonists of this remake. As for the
male protagonist, it is almost confirmed that Christian Meier will make his
debut in Televisa, taking the role that was rumored to be played by Jorge
Salinas.
This upcoming novela will also have locations in Jalisco,
and will premiere on the 7pm timeslot in May.
