Florencia de Saracho and Santiago Aguirre get married in Acapulco

Florencia de Saracho and Santiago Aguirre tied the knot this past Saturday, April 20, in Acapulco, in a beach wedding that was held on 7pm. The lovely actress had about forty bridesmaids in her wedding, among which were actresses Silvia Navarro, Ariadne Díaz, Mariana Seoane and Altair Jarabo, who all wore red dresses. The couple’s first dance as newlyweds was to the song 'Tú me cambiaste la vida', by Río Roma.

De Saracho and Aguirre first met more than three years ago through mutual friends and started dating shortly after. The beautiful actress revealed last December that she is going to marry her then boyfriend.

“Santiago and I are the same, we seem like siblings. I have him tamed, and I know what he likes and what he doesn’t. In our 3 years of relationship we haven’t had any big fights. Besides, he’s not jealous or possessive. He gets along very well with my friends.”

As for the proposal and the wedding planning, she revealed: “One Friday he gave me the engagement ring and the next Monday we were checking places, reviewing the musical groups and menus. I bought the wedding dress in Mexico City, and it’s very classic and traditional.”

Because Florencia’s father was ill and couldn’t attend his daughter’s wedding, the couple will hold another wedding ceremony on June 8^th.

De Saracho has finished filming for her last telenovela ‘La Mujer del Vendaval’, and she revealed that in the meanwhile she’ll be retiring from acting to dedicate herself entirely to her husband and family. For their honeymoon, the couple will go to the Maldives and to Dubai.
