New telenovela of Carlos Moreno will be a remake of ‘Imperio de Cristal’

It seems that the upcoming telenovela of Mexican producer Carlos Moreno will be an adaptation of the successful 1994 Televisa telenovela ‘Imperio de Cristal’ (Crystal Empire), originally produced by Carlos Sotomayor and led by actors Rebecca Jones and Ari Telch.

Martha Carrillo and Cristina García are currently working on the script, originally by Jaime García Estrada and Orlando Merino. Pre-production is expected to begin in June or July. Many are wondering who will be the leading actors for this new and exciting telenovela.
